My training in counseling and clinical psychology gave me the opportunity to train in several theoretical orientations, which I like to combine based on the needs of each individual. My work is mostly driven from the systemic, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and feminist approach.  I am also trained in mindfulness techniques, which I find especially useful with individuals with chronic anxiety and panic attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 100px;\"
